Spencer House

This project partially renovated and expanded an exisiting house located in Matthews, NC. The renovation consisted of a reworking of the front roofline to provide a covered porch, as well as the addition of three new dormers. Additionally, strategic removal of an interior wall allowed for a much brighter, more open feeling living space. On the backside, a small addition gave the homeowner a much needed family gathering space. This addition also served to provide more definition to the exterior patio space.
